The #TEAMPHEEN🧡🖤 Story

Phoenix Tumbling & Gymnastics is built upon two primary objectives:

To offer affordable, accessible and enjoyable gymnastics at a recreational level to as many members of the Bailiwick as possible.

and

To be able to provide adequate training to produce elite level gymnasts in the tumbling discipline. Offering the correct level of facilities, equipment and coaching to have gymnasts competing at both a national and international level.

We first started striving towards these objectives in October of 2018, when the club was formed. Initially running on a couple of floor mats on half a court at Beau Sejour Leisure Centre. The club started with just 7 members across two weekly sessions but quickly grew, and three months later, by the start of January 2019, had over 30 members.
Over the course of 2019 the club continued to grow and by the time we moved into our own dedicated facility in Barras Lane in September 2019 the club had over 100 members.
To this day, the club welcomes over 325 members into sessions each week. Across 13 recreational sessions, 5 competition squads, 2 parent & toddler drop in sessions, and 1 adult class.
Competitively, we have produced 10 Regional medalists, 5 Regional champions, 6 tumblers qualify for the English Championships, and 2 tumblers qualify for the British Championships.
